Problems with an existing order?

We have taken every precaution to make sure that you are happy with your product and that your order has been packaged and shipped properly. If there is a problem with your order, please follow these steps:

Missing Parts: Check the box and packing material closely. Sometimes small parts will get lost in the packing material and for this reason we will tape them to a larger part of or the inside flap of the shipping carton. Please inspect both top and bottom flaps. Has the box been tampered with or damaged in a way that parts could have fallen out? Have the items been back-ordered on the invoice?

Damaged Parts: We take extra care to make sure that your parts are packed properly. If you receive a damaged product and the box shows signs of any damage, call the freight carrier and request an inspection. Do not discard any of the packing material. If you experience any problems in dealing with the carrier, please call us for additional help.

Do not return a box without contacting us first to receive return shipping instructions. In order to file a claim for missing or damaged merchandise, you must carry out these instructions within 48 hours.
